... We want a leader who believes in reading!
The Toronto-Dominion, which already much to promote a love of reading among young people, organizing a conference this week oh so important to the future of Canada. Yes, I mean, the country's future. And I weigh my words.
A conference which will pave the way to fill a huge gap and give Canada a national strategy on reading. We are also lagging in many countries that have long since their national reading policy. For the full program of this event, which attracts big names to talk reading is by here.
To emphasize the importance of reading for a nation to give people a taste for reading, it takes leadership ... Our southern neighbors are lucky to have a president who is a reader who believes in the importance of reading and who is not afraid to lead by example.
