Between corrupt politicians and mafiosi, Lemuel Sears will cross the road to women and men looking like him, a little beauty.
Thank Livraddict and Folio editions for allowing me to read an author previously unknown to me.
This reading, which I expected too much is certainly disappointing. Indeed, under the 4 th cover, I expected something quite environmentally friendly, with a full immersion nature.Or it's not quite that, at least in my eyes .
I'm a little lost in these two families. The love affair that dare not speak its name, running around in circles.
And the pond has become a garbage dump in all this? I found that the subject was dealt with very briefly, just in a hurry, as if finally we already knew that the case is heard, and that the forwards.
Yet the reading itself is not unpleasant. The style is simple, though somewhat confused. The times are not lacking in poetic descriptions. The humor is not lacking either. But you'll understand that this is not enough to satiate my hunger. In closing the book, I remain in effect on this hunger for open spaces, nature, fighting to preserve it.
I do not know this author, who has a good reputation, especially in the news. I do not regret having read the book is short. However, I did not really want to continue with this author.
